My central mission in life is to inspire men
and women to discover and create extraordinary results in all areas of their life. Counseling and psychotherapy provide
a way to grow and change - to find hope and healing within ourselves and in our most significant relationships and to
create a more fulfilling, visionary life.
In addition, I believe that growth and transformation happen when we focus on being real - centered on core truths and wisdom that lead to effective living. My goal is to model this kind of character - being genuine, real and transparent. I believe these principles form the basis for personal integrity, character and authenticity.
Through my role as therapist and mentor, I have the awesome privilege of watching men and women reach for a new life - one that is chosen and valued - often a new beginning. I believe in integrating all the spiritual resources that come from God's love, power, grace and wisdom for living.
